M78, Barnards Loop, Boogeyman Nebula

This stunning image shows a beautiful part of the Orion constellation. The bright red arc is Barnard’s Loop, a glowing cloud of gas. The blue patch is M78, a reflection nebula shining with starlight. And the dark, shadowy area is the Boogeyman Nebula, made of thick space dust hiding stars behind it. A perfect mix of light and darkness in our night sky!
